About the Chef

Chef Gregg has worked in the restaurant and catering food business for over twenty years at a number of different establishments including Mexican, Italian, Seafood and Steak Houses. 

Even though he's had a lot of previous experience, upon arriving in Phoenix in 2000, Chef Gregg returned to school and received additional training in classical French and International cuisines at Phoenix College and through extension classes from SCC in Scottsdale, AZ.

Chef Gregg founded Arrowhead Personal Chef Service after completing the Culinary Business Academy's Personal Chef Undergraduate Program.

Over the summer of 2007, Chef Gregg spent a week in Asiago Italy to attend cooking classes held by Master Chef Gastone in Gourmet Italia specializing in the Healthy Mediterranean diet.
